Shipping
We ship worldwide!
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Delivery time varies depending on your location and the selected shipping method.
- Shipping Method: Standard shipping is carried out via EMS. If you prefer FedEx or DHL, please contact our staff before placing your order.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp.

Customs & Import Duties

Exchange Policy
- Exchange Period: You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.
- Non-exchangeable Items: Exchanges are not accepted for reasons of customer’s change of mind.
